Eyes cringing with sun rays peaking.

Her beauty drifts without speaking.

Head pops out for a morning kiss.

As I wake from a midnight bliss.

All day long she is on my mind.

Lack of focus on daily grind.

With constant meetings all day long.

Welcome home, her smile makes me strong.

My life now has focus with you.

If not I'm sure it'd be a zoo.

Lips enflamed with the blood of life.

Kiss you good night, my wife.

Have you heard of this legendary love story

With a warrior and princess in all of their glory.

they wanted to marry and be together forever.

Defeat the enemy or come back never.

She was told her love had died in combat.

This caused her heart to stop, just like that.

He returned from the war to discover.

That there was no way to recover.

He built her an enormous burial.

Placing her on top, like a grand imperial.

Crouching, watching with his smoking torch.

Waiting for his love to awake on his front porch.

Faby, Faby I love you.

I'm so glad you love me too.

You make me smile,

Though we walk more than a mile.

I fell in love a quarter century ago,

Your eyes made the greatest show.

With hands that are warm and your heart is too,

My belly fills up with all your food.
